ATADEL DRIVER-CUSTOMER PRIVACY & CONDUCT STANDARDS

OVERVIEW

At Atadel Technologies Inc., we take the privacy and safety of our customers seriously. As a driver on the Atadel network, you are entrusted with sensitive customer information, including phone numbers, addresses, and delivery instructions, for the sole purpose of completing orders. Misuse of this information is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

This Zero Tolerance Policy outlines Atadel’s expectations and the consequences for any misuse of customer information.

1. Authorized Use of Customer Information​

Drivers may only use customer information, including but not limited to phone numbers, addresses, and delivery details, for the following purposes:

  • Order Fulfillment: Contacting customers to confirm order details, coordinate delivery timing, or clarify delivery instructions.
  • Delivery Completion: Using the customer’s address to deliver food, groceries, or packages as part of an active order facilitated through the Atadel platform.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Atadel has a zero-tolerance policy for any of the following actions:

  • Contacting Customers Outside of an Active Order: Drivers are strictly prohibited from contacting customers via phone, text, or any other form of communication outside of an active order or delivery.
  • Unauthorized Visits: Drivers are prohibited from visiting a customer’s residence or place of business outside of an authorized delivery. Any driver who visits a customer’s home or workplace without an active delivery order or Atadel’s knowledge will be subject to immediate termination.
  • Use of Customer Information for Personal Gain: Drivers may not use customer information for personal reasons, such as marketing, soliciting, or any other purpose outside of completing an Atadel-facilitated transaction.

3. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this Zero Tolerance Policy will result in immediate and permanent termination from the Atadel network. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Permanent removal of your access to Atadel’s platform.
  • Being barred from ever rejoining the Atadel network in any capacity, including future partnerships or driving for Atadel.

4. Reporting Violations

Customers and other drivers who become aware of any violations of this policy are encouraged to report the incident immediately to Atadel’s support team at [email protected] or through the Atadel app. Atadel will investigate all reports thoroughly and take appropriate action, including involving law enforcement if necessary.

5. Protecting Customer Privacy

Atadel is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its customers. As a driver, it is your responsibility to handle customer information with the highest level of care and confidentiality. Any breach of this trust will be met with swift and decisive action.

Driver Acknowledgment:

By driving for Atadel, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Zero Tolerance Policy. Failure to comply with this policy will result in permanent termination and may include further legal consequences.
