Atadel is a technological platform that is built to help you shop for groceries & other essentials conveniently. With Atadel, you can make quick & smooth trips to your favorite stores without ever leaving your home.

Download the Atadel app (on Google Play or Apple Store), enter your address to find stores available (Kasoa Tropical Market, Costco, Liquorstore & other local retail stores), select the items you want, and place your orders straight from your couch.

Once orders are placed, our trained & picky Shoppers will go to the store to pick and pack the best quality items available at the store. Then deliver your order to your doorstep easy-peasy.

Yes, there is a $20 minimum order requirement to use the service.

Yes. It helps us to operate Atadel.

Yes, delivery fees start from $5.99 (up to 7 KMs) and will vary based on your distance from your store of choice to your preferred location. $7.99 from 7.1 KMs to 13 KMs and $9.99 from 13.1 KMs to 20 KMs. You won’t be able to place orders outside the delivery radius.

Atadel currently operates in 11 cities & towns in Alberta. We plan to expand to other cities and towns in Canada, USA & UK in the near future.

Atadel offers an on-demand, same-day delivery service that promises to deliver to your doorstep within minutes.

Please note that there could be some unforeseen circumstances/factors that could cause delays (i.e. bad weather/road conditions, long checkout queue at the stores, etc). However, we will try our utmost best to ensure that we fulfill our promise of “delivery in minutes”.

Absolutely, as long as you are 18 years of age and above. For delivery, please get your valid Government issued ID (Driver's License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card) ready for verification. Liquor won't be handed over to you if you are unable to verify that you are of legal drinking age and/or if you are unable to provide your ID and/or if you appear intoxicated.

Atadel is always available as long as your favourite store is open for business.

Orders can be placed at any time (up to 3 days in advance) and as much as possible (totally up to you).

Our trained Shoppers will suggest replacement(s) through the chat feature, you will have the options to accept the replacements or choose to be refunded for the unavailable item(s).

You are able to cancel your order (for free) before it is assigned to your Shopper. Cancelation after that will result in a fee of $20.

Prices on the platform may vary from in-store prices.

In-store sales/promotions/coupons does not apply on the Atadel Platform. Occasionally, we may offer sales, promotions or discounts on items via our platform. These offers are made at our discretion and they are subject to change or be removed at any time. Atadel is not a retailer or seller and Atadel is autonomous and not necessarily affiliated with, or sponsored by the retailers featured on the Platform. Atadel coupons are available for a limited time only & may be subject to certain restrictions.

Sorry to hear that, your satisfaction is our priority. Please shoot a detailed message to support@atadel.ca about the issue, you can also upload photos if necessary. We’ll get it sorted out ASAP.

Refunds are only issued when an item is unavailable or out-of-stock. For wrong and/or damaged products/items, a proof may be required from you to qualify for refund for the item and we may also arrange for the item to be picked up before any refund is issued at our discretion. If the item appears to have been used/consumed/tampered with in any way, you may not qualify for a refund for the item.

We will try our best to process your refund request within 24 hours, but please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the payment to reflect in your account (based on your banking institution’s processing time and other factors).

We are not able to support any returns on our platform. Please ensure that you double check your order properly before placing it. You can contact support@atadel.ca to inform us of any problems.

Tipping is highly encouraged to recognize and appreciate your Shopper’s effort. You can apply tips by percentage or amount during checkout, 100% of tips goes to your Shopper. You can also give cash tips to your Shoppers, they will highly appreciate it. Please note that once your order is placed, you will be unable to adjust (increase or decrease or remove) tip amounts.

If that happens, please refresh your App or log out & log back in. That should do the magic but if the problem persists, please re-install the App or reach out to support@atadel.ca.
